Additional Information
Bedding is supplied, but you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. You can purchase ice, bread, milk, snacks etc. at our store and freezer space is available.
One pet per family is permitted but MUST be mentioned at the time of reservation. Please note that there is a $10. per week or $2. per day charge for all pets. This does not include any damages. All pets must be on a leash while on the property of OKIMOT LODGE and must not disturb and/or frighten our other guests. Please come prepared to clean after your pet.
All boats smaller than 14', not launched at the boat launch and pulled up on the beach during your vacation are free.
Boats 14' and more are charged with a minimum of $10. (boat launch) also, if docking facilities are not used.
Reservation Information
A deposit of $150 per cottage per week is required. Package plans require a $200. deposit, due at the time of reservation. All deposits are due at the time of reservation and are non re-fundable, but can be used for a future visit within 2 years.
Cancellation Policy: 45 days and up $20.00 cancellation fee. 45 to 30 days 50% of total amount. 30 to 0 days total amount.
Personal cheques are accepted for deposits ONLY.
Balance payable by cash or credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card) only.
No increase in party size permitted without our prior knowledge and approval.
