Cottages

There are 10 cottages on 1,200 feet of well treed shoreline. Each one is distinctive and range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, sleeping from 2 to 8 persons. Every cottage has it’s own private 3 or 4 piece washroom and fully equipped kitchen. You will find full sized refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters and a full compliment of cooking utensils and dishes. Pine interiors give you that country feeling. Colour T.V.s in each cottage help pass the time on a rainy day. All cottages are heated. The grounds are large so the cottages are well spaced. You will not be crowded.

All bed linens, dish cloths and dish soap are supplied. Towels and toiletries are not supplied.

Every cabin has it’s own outdoor fireplace, and the wood is even included. Your own picnic table and lawn chairs make sitting around a campfire a relaxing time.

Laundry

So you fell into the lake and have to dry your clothes. There is a coin operated laundry available for your use. Like the smell of wind dried clothes? Feel free to use our clotheslines and pins located behind the laundry house.

Store

Our small store will supply you with tackle, souvenirs and collectibles, shirts, milk, bread, eggs, pop, ice cream, chocolate bars, potato chips and ICE. Conservation fishing licences can be purchased here. There is also an abundant of fish stories and tales available free of charge.

Dining is better!

Don’t cook for yourself, let us serve you. Come to the main lodge, sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy generous helpings of home cooked meals, home baked breads, soups, salads and desserts. You will never leave the table hungry. Want us to fry up some of your own fresh caught fish? Just ask and our cook will be pleased to do so. A packed smorgasbord lunch or shore lunch kit, it is your choice. Did you find a good fishing spot and just don’t want to come in for dinner?? Dinner will be fully prepared to take to your own cottage. Microwaves in each cottage make even a late date dinner taste great. Special diets can be accommodated with advance notice.

Weekly Menu

We take pride in that we cook "Sunday Dinner" every night of the week. When in season, our own large organic vegetable gardens supply us with fresh picked vegetables and berries. Fresh cut herbs from our own herb garden flavour our home cooked meals.

Breakfast: served between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Variety of eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, pancakes, french toast, waffles, cereal, coffee, tea and juices. Continental breakfast on check out day.

Lunch: packed

Variety of sandwiches on home baked bread, home made bake goods, fruit and soda. Or -  Ask us for a shore lunch kit equipped with everything you need to cook up your catch, even the potatoes and beans.

Dinners: served between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Home made soups and salads, roast beef, turkey, chicken, ham, spareribs, pork chops, steak, hamburgers and pastas. Our menu is posted daily well in advance.  One main entree is offered daily.   Alternatives are available with advance notice.
