A mere 54 miles north of North Bay is Lake Herridge Lodge, a fishing and hunting camp set in the scenic tranquility of the Temagami Wilderness Forest. The Temagami area has long been known for it's bountiful crystal clear waters.

2007

Aside from the main lake, Herridge Lake, our fishing opportunities extend to many remote and back lakes which offer a multitude of fishing options.

For 2006 we are adding a NEW catch and release lake for northern pike, good numbers, averaging 3-8 pounds.

There are 5 back lakes which can be reached by a short portage; each is equipped with boats and motors, so all you bring is your personal gear.  Whichever fishing option you choose we're sure it will be a trip to remember. Out waters abound with Walleye (Yellow Pickerel), Lake Trout, Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike. Speckled Trout can be found in nearby ponds, while Heritage Lake offers Northern Pike, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass and Whitefish. Experience the beauty and tranquility of our back lakes once and we're sure you'll be back year after year.  We also have areas where the rare Aurora Trout can be caught!

In the Spring and Fall, our main customer base are sportsmen who like to get away and enjoy being pampered. One aspect of this is our American Plan dining which features home cooked meals to send you out into the boat or bush feeling satisfied and ready to catch the big one.
