FISHING Fishing is great - the Upper French River and Lake Nipissing has long been rated as one of the top walleye areas in the country. Lunker size small mouth bass, perch, tackle smashing muskie and Northern Pike also provide excellent fishing. The fall season (mid-August to mid-October) is your prime muskie time.
We supply 18-foot cedar strip boats and 15 or 20 hp. outboard motors. Our boats are equipped to meet all safety standards. We also supply coolers at no extra charge. All our equipment is in top condition. Guests may also bring their own private boats with no docking fees. Guides The use of guides is optional, but recommend for the first time visitor. Guide duties include cleaning the catch, operating the boat, and cooking a shore lunch.
Charter boats are available, to accommodate up to six people, with all the latest electronic equipment to get you where the fish are. Please make arrangements for guides or charter fishing when making reservations.
