WE ARE NOW HIRING!!!!!!
We are now accepting applications for dockhands,
dispatcher, pilots, chief pilot, P.R.M. and Operations Manager, to fill
certain positions on our team. We can unequivocally state, that once we have
committed ourselves to you with a position with our company, we stand by
that commitment, we expect guarantees to be reciprocal.
General Conditions:
1.) Wages will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and
approvals. e.g. Person responsible for Maintenance.
2.) 4% Holiday pay.
3.) $700.00 medical benefit for medical, glasses, dental, etc. for items not
covered in your other insurance plans. Any unused portion is added on to the
last pay period.
4.) $400.00 month per person subsidized housing.
5.) One day off per week with a minimum of 5 consecutive days in July or
August at the approval of the Operations Manager and Dispatcher. Additional
days may be allocated in slow times.
6.) Our Maintenance is contracted out, and we insist on a high level of
maintenance.
7.) Our revenue flight hours in 2011 were 877 hours on all five aircraft, 2
DHC-3-1000 H.P. Otters, 2 DHC-2 Beavers, 1 Cessna ‘185’. We have a PA-12 on
floats available that we have used for training in the past. If we exceed
950 revenue hours on all aircraft a bonus will be distributed to each
employee at seasons end.
