DELUXE CAMP, where you will find fishing for Northerns, Bass or
Pickerel, canoeing in backwaters with a hint of history or you can simply
stretch the legs and feed the soul. We are open from the Victoria Day weekend to Thanksgiving, during which time we invite you for either a long planned family
vacation, a couple of days get-away-from-the-city-with-the-friends escape,
or, a strictly fishing trip. Whichever you choose it will be a northern
experience you will always remember.

If it’s fishing you prefer, Lake Nipissing offers some of the
most thrilling experiences in both spring and fall, for a wide variety of
species including Muskie, Northern Pike, Bass, Pickerel and yes, even
Bluegill and the very popular Jumbo Yellow Perch.

If cancellation is received 60 days prior to reservation arrival date, deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 administration fee.
Guests will be required to pay balance in full upon arrival. There
are no refunds for early departure.

MARINE FACILITIES
Our fishing boats are 16 foot aluminum with deep sides, to
maintain stability in the water, and are equipped with 15HP outboard
motors, lifejackets and the required Coast Guard safety equipment.
Gasoline, oil and taxes are NOT included in the price.

Our sixteen acre property, with 450 feet of shoreline, has a
children’s playground, swimming pool, bonfire area, and
offers you complete privacy. Yet only 45 minutes by car are some of the
finest restaurants, golf courses, theatres and shopping malls in Canada,
located in either North Bay or Sudbury.
Some of the features
of our resort include...
- Fish cleaning Hut - A screened in area to clean and pack your catch!
- Small onsite store offering bait, crafts, delicious Homemade Pies etc.
- A lending library where you can borrow books and games.
- Safe level play area - Because kids just want to have fun.
- 20 X 40 Swimming pool with slide - To cool off on those hot days, or
just lounge around.
- *NOTE* - Pool and Playground are UNSUPERVISED. Please watch your
children.
- Play a game of horshoes, badminton, tetherball or volleyball.
- Designated fire pit - Enjoy the fire, have a marshmallow!
- Each cottage has its own picnic table, and a deck with a view of the
lake.
- Our clean, comfortable cottages have well equipped kitchens with
fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery,
utensils, pots and pans and dish soap.
- Each cottage has a 4 piece bath, hot and cold running water,
barbecue, a microwave and TV.
- We provide pillows, bed linens, blankets and dish towels. NOTE
please bring your own bath and hand towels and personal items such as
shampoo and soap.
- Feel free to bring your own VCR (and the cable too). TV's do not have AV jacks
so Video Games and DVD players cannot hook up directly to the TV. To play these you will need a VCR
and it's remote control!

STURGEON FALLS (TRAPPER'S MUSEUM) Sturgeon River House is a scenic and
historic site of the fur trade as it was carried out by the Hudson Bay
Company. 34 miles from camp. Yesterday and today with Canada's trappers.

How to Reach us:
We are easy to find. >From the
Toronto area and points south, travel north on Hwy 400 to Barrie. At
Barrie take Hwy 400/69 Sudbury to Hwy 64. Turn Right and continue on Hwy
64 to Lavigne. Cross the bridge and turn left on Caron Road. You will find
us about 3/4 of a mile down the road.
MAPS
An alternate route from Barrie is to continue on Hwy 400 North and take
Hwy 11 to North Bay. Turn West on Hwy 17 to Verner (33 miles), then South
on Hwy 64 to Lavigne. There, turn right at Caron Road and 3/4 mile along
you’ll find us.
